Make the face easy to see

Choose a sharp photo without motion blur. Soft lighting should show both sides of the face. Dark glasses, masks, hair over the eyes and deep shadows hide useful features.

Match the template

A portrait and a full-body photo suit different tasks. Read the template’s guidance first. Keep the feet visible when a full-body image is needed, and use a clear close-up for portrait scenes. Use the designated fields for multiple people.

Keep natural detail

Avoid heavy beauty filters and enlarging tiny images. An original camera photo is usually a better starting point. A simple background can help, but the template’s specific requirements take priority.

Review before sending

Check that you selected the correct person and file, then review the cost. Use your own photos or images you have permission to use. AI may change small details; high resolution alone does not guarantee likeness.
